Hillsborough County Parks, Recreation and Conservation Department is seeking sponsorships from local businesses for the following events.

• Event: Bingo and Brunch
Date: Once a month beginning March 18
Sponsorship Need: Sponsorships are needed to cover cost of brunch and bingo prizes for local seniors.
Estimated Cost: Cost of brunch for approximately 120 seniors and bingo prizes. Cost is decided by the sponsor.
Sponsorship Benefit: Sponsors will be named on the promotional material, they will be acknowledged during the event
Event Details: The Bingo and Brunch is held monthly at the Gardenville Recreation Center and is open to senior ages 50 and over

• Event: Leaders of Tomorrow Conference
Date: March 12 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Sponsorship Need: Sponsorships are needed to cover cost of breakfast, lunch, speaker fees, and scholarships for children to attend for Free.
Estimated Cost: $2,200
Sponsorship Benefit: Sponsors will be acknowledged on promotional material and at the event
Event Details: The Leaders of Tomorrow Conference is open to middle-school children ages 11-16. This conference is a designed to raise the level of awareness about positive lifestyles, and health and welfare of Hillsborough County teens. The conference includes sessions on cyber bullying, fitness, nutrition, and team building.

• Event: Movies In The Park After Dark
Date: Beginning in April
Sponsorship Need: Sponsors will help cover cost of the movie licensing and wristbands for movies
Estimated Cost: $1,000
Sponsorship Benefit: Sponsors name and logo will be on the screen prior to the start of the movie and on printed material
Event Details: The Movies in the Park After Dark is a new program to be offered at various Hillsborough County Parks at least 4 times a year

• Event: Northdale Park Summer Youth Flag Football League
Date: Summer 2013
Sponsorship Need: A sponsor is needed to cover costs of game shirts and awards
Estimated Cost: $1,000
Sponsorship Benefit: Sponsor names will be placed on game shirts and schedule
Event Details: The Northdale Youth Flag Football League will be held at Northdale Parks during summer 2013

• Event: Volunteer Appreciation Banquet
Date: April 26
Sponsorship Need: Sponsorship will cover cost of gift, dinner, decorations and more
Estimated Cost: From $100-$2,500
Sponsorship Benefit: The sponsor’s name will be placed on the program, and will be recognized the day of the banquet
Event Details: This banquet is held in appreciation for Parks, Recreation and Conservation Department volunteers who give a minimum of 40 hours by either coaching, teaching, tutoring, cleaning, helping with special events, and many other activities. More than 250 volunteers are expected to attend this year. This year’s annual banquet will be held on April 26.
