Kenneth C. Griffin, PE, Ph.D. began with Hillsborough County in July
of 2006.
Prior to beginning with Hillsborough County, Dr. Griffin served for 13
years
as the Executive Director of the Pearl River Valley Water Supply District,
the
largest planned development and specialized utility district in Mississippi.
There, he supervised Public Works, Water Resources, Sewer, Solid Waste
Management, Parks and Recreation and other facilities for the District.
Dr.
Griffin has 21 years of senior management experience. In addition to a
bachelor's degree, he earned a master's in Civil Engineering and Water
Resources, and a doctorate in leadership and management.
