Predatory Lending
Predatory lending is mortgage fraud and Florida is a “hot spot” for
mortgage fraud, according to the Federal Bureau of Investigations.
Predators include predatory lenders, appraisers, mortgage brokers, home
improvement
contractors, title agents and realtors who target misinformed homeowners,
first-time purchasers and equity-rich/cash-poor elderly homeowners.

Avoiding Foreclosure
