Neighborhood Stabilization Program: Interested Parties — Online Registration

Congress passed the Housing and Economic Recovery Act (HERA) of 2008 in July 2008 which appropriated $3.92 billion to all States and particularly hard hit areas trying to respond to the effects of high foreclosures.  The law created a new Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) that provides specific guidance on how local governments may use these funds.  Hillsborough County’s will be receiving approximately $19.1 million under the NSP.

To assist with the implementation of the NSP, the County anticipates establishing a pool of partners through several processes including:  “Request for Bids, Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and Request for Proposals (RFP)”.

At this time, we are assembling a list of Interested Parties for various disciplines that may include but not limited to areas listed below for the implementation/administration of the County’s NSP Program.   Please feel free to complete the information below and our office will notify you as information on the program is released.
