* 50% Uncontested Citation Discount If Paid Prior to the Scheduled Hearing Date

** Fine will be reduced to $25 if, prior to the Hearing Date, the owner provides satisfactory proof of each of the following: current obedience training by an instructor approved by the Department; current health certificate from a veterinarian; proof of spay/neuter; microchip; and receives training on responsible pet ownership as it pertains to dangerous dogs provided by the Department.
