SECTION 38. ENFORCEMENT
In addition to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office and the applicable municipal police departments
and their respective deputies and agents, the department and its employees and agents, shall
be responsible for enforcing and implementing this Ordinance consistent with its provisions
and all applicable state and federal legislation, codes and rules. Pursuant to law, officers
and Animal Control Officers may enter upon public property and private property except residential
buildings, to administer and enforce the provisions of this Ordinance.
