The first grouping of veterinary clinics below have agreed to accept the Spay and Neuter Rebate Vouchers at the agreed rates, the second grouping of veterinary clinics are participating but may impose additional conditions prior to accepting a voucher:

Please note:

Animals that have infections, are pregnant, obese, or other medical problems that put them at risk, may or may not be sterilized. The evaluation and determination will be made by the participating veterinarian.

The pet owner and the veterinarian must discuss and agree on any additional fees before surgery is performed. Hillsborough County can only be responsible for reimbursement of the Spay and Neuter Rebate Voucher amount as determined by BOCC Resolution R02-106 ( PDF, 193KB )
