The Complete Count Committee (CCC) program consists of community and government leaders dedicated to building awareness of the 2010 Census. The Complete Count Committee is a volunteer committee established to increase awareness about the census and motivate residents in the community to respond.
The CCC members represent Hillsborough County's diverse geography and population, as well as many organizations throughout the Tampa Bay area. The CCC's major role is to plan and implement local outreach efforts to make sure everyone is counted. Hard to reach populations, including minorities, migrants and the homeless will all be represented on the Complete Count Committee.

Complete Count Committee Subcommittee
Complete Count Committee Subcommittees work to reach the undercounted populations through schools, faith-based communities, speaker’s bureaus, door-knocking, public events, neighborhoods, and community based organizations. Hard-to-count areas may include populations that speak little or no English, overcrowded housing, college students living in off-campus apartments, and people displaced by natural disasters such as floods, hurricanes or fires.
