The 2000-2001 Charter Review Board (CRB) conducted a year-long study of the County Charter. As a result, the CRB placed an item on the November 2002 General Election Ballot that amended the Charter. This amendment was approved by the voters. The following pages are provided as the historical basis for this amendment, the first in the history of the County Charter. |
