Water Resource Team Public Hearing On County Commission Agenda
|

At their April 3 meeting, County Commissioners will receive information and conduct a public hearing on whether to seek arbitration under Tampa Bay Water’s Interlocal Agreement regarding Tampa Bay Water’s Optimized Regional Operations Plan Annual Update.
The plan is designed to determine the optimum distribution of pumping for Tampa Bay Water’s 11-wellfield Consolidated Water Use Permit and Brandon Urban Dispersed Wellfield Water Use Permit. The Plan Annual Update is a requirement of the Consolidated Permit to document improvements and changes to the plan.
