Water Resource Team On County Commission Agenda
|

At their June 25 meeting, County Commissioners will receive information and conduct a public hearing on whether they should seek arbitration under Tampa Bay Water's Interlocal Agreement regarding Tampa Bay Water's proposed application to the Southwest Florida Water Management District for a Letter Modification of the Eagles Wells Water Use Permit, No. 206312.03. The wells are located in northwest Hillsborough County.
The proposed Letter Modification does not request an increase in currently permitted quantities, put proposes to reallocate the permitted quantities between two wells to allow additional flexibility in allocating pumpage.
