Hillsborough County Health Department and Hillsborough County Emergency Management recommend our citizens carefully follow the CDC guidelines in relation to the H1N1 (Swine) Flu outbreak.
Hillsborough County Officials are in contact with State and Federal Health Officials and will provide additional updates as warranted. For the most up to date information regarding swine flu please visit the CDC on the web at http://www.cdc.gov/swineflu/.
The State of Florida has opened a toll-free telephone service where residents and visitors can call to receive health information about swine flu.
The number for Florida residents and visitors to call is 1-800-342-3557. The line will be staffed from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily until further notice. After hours calls will be handled by an automated service.
