This board is authorized to hear violations concerning all codes and ordinances of Hillsborough County in order to maintain health and safety standards.

Any person who might wish to appeal any decision made by the Code Enforcement Board regarding any matter considered at the forthcoming public hearing or meeting is hereby advised that he or she will need a record of the proceedings, and for such purpose he or she may need to ensure upon which such an appeal is to be based.
