Preschool Yoga is an introduction for little yogis to basic postures that will help them learn body awareness, balance, breathing techniques, and more.

This event is ongoing and is for children ages 3-5 with a maximum attendance of 20 children; tickets will be distributed in advance of the program. Please bring a mat or towel to class.
