- To promote collaboration and cooperation among service providers
in Hillsborough County.
- To expand and enhance the current information
and referral network by enabling citizens to receive
information about social services from
any member of the Community Link Partnership.
- To ensure that
all citizens have access to the same consistent
and up-to-date information about community social and health
resources.
- To reduce duplication of efforts by ensuring all
service providers have access to a community resource
database that is compiled and maintained by the Citizen Action Center on
a continual basis.
