If open space cannot be provided, screening is required.
- TMHs must be skirted and tied down in accordance with State standards within 30 days of approval.
- The property owner must apply for and receive a building permit and begin the construction of the single family dwelling within three months of the approval date of the TMH.
- TMH approvals are approved for one year, with the potential for one extension.
