This is a new page that allows easy access to the NEW form 55 Job Content Questionaire (JCQ). We have added an instruction guide that goes into great detail on completing the JCQ, a Dictionary of Terms that gives the meaning of terms we use like Working, Considerable and Extensive Knowledge, and an example of an organizational chart and instructions that tell you what information is needed in each box.
