Development Services Tech Center for Assistance with Online Submittals
Most Development Services applications, including all building permitting, contractor licensing, fire alarm and tree removal applications, are now submitted using the HillsGovHub portal. Visit HCFL.gov/HillsGovHub for links, guides, and help with the online permitting system.
For applications that do not use the HillsGovHub portal, visit the HCFL.gov/DigitalDropOff page to learn more about digital submission of documents.
If you have documents that are not being accepted digitally or you do not have the equipment to submit your application digitally, the Development Services Tech Center is available on the 16th floor of in downtown Tampa, Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM.
