Hillsborough County Emergency Operations Center Returns to Normal Operations - Update #5 (Final)
Hillsborough County, Fla. (Oct. 8, 2016) - Hillsborough County has closed the last emergency shelter opened for evacuees from Hurricane Matthew.

The Emergency Operations Center has returned to normal operations. Although the center is no longer activated, Hillsborough County and partner agencies are continuing to monitor the aftermath of the storm, in order to coordinate resources and support recovery efforts if needed by other counties.

Price Gouging

Residents and visitors can report any suspected cases of price gouging related to Hurricane Matthew by contacting the Attorney General's hotline at (866) 9-NO-SCAM, or by filing a complaint with Hillsborough County.
