Featured Job: Library Service & Technology Guide
Performs customer service duties of extensive variety related to use of the library, its resources, technologies, and programs. Analyzes customer needs and determines appropriate resources for furnishing the necessary information. Assumes in-charge responsibilities. Supervises lower level support staff.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong customer service skills
- Teaching experience and/or any instructional knowledge of computer software and hardware
- Strong technical skills, including trouble-shooting basic hardware and/or software issues
Salary: $36,129.60 - $57,803.20
