How can I report a suspected code enforcement violation to the County? Suspected violations of Hillsborough County codes can be reported to the Hillsborough County Code Enforcement Department in several ways: • on the website at www.hillsboroughcounty.org/hcce • by phone at (813) 272-5900, 7 days a week from 7:30 a.m.- 11:00 p.m. • by phone at (813) 274-6600, Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. • in person at 10119 Windhorst Rd., Tampa, FL 33619 • in person at 410 SE 30th St, Ruskin, FL 33570 Proceed directly to this area of our web site.
