Special Operations Division
 

All Special Operations Units work together to respond to incidents involving unusual situations that the average fire response unit is not trained or equipped for.

Special Operations consists of the following units:

Medical Special Operations Team (MSOT)

The Medical Special Operations Team consists of Paramedic personnel assigned to Rescue 11. These personnel have advanced training to enable them to manage complicated medical conditions resulting from HazMat exposure or injuries resulting from the incidents requiring the response of Heavy Rescue 11. These personnel are the core group of Medical Specialists assigned to FL TF-3.
