Lowe's Home Improvement Center, Keeping Fire Prevention Week a year Around Event.
During Fire Prevention Week, Oct. 8 -14, Lowe's Home Improvement Center, 10425 Gibsonton Dr, donated a pallet full of smoke alarms to Hillsborough County Fire Rescue's free smoke alarm program. Chad Lomenick, Store Manager, made the presentation. On hand to receive the donation was Fire Marshal Sam Walthour, Public Education Coordinator Vicky Yeakley, and Public Educator Fred Franceschini. Hillsborough County Fire Rescue's Free Smoke Alarm program is designed to provide smoke alarms to home owners in Hillsborough County. Simply call the Fire Marshall's Office at 813-744-5541 for your eligibility. This is another example of Lowe's committee to safety for the citizens in Hillsborough County.
