Captain Nicholas Tedesco

Hillsborough County Fire Rescue regrets to inform you about the death of Fire Captain Nicholas Tedesco October 21, 2006 in Pasco County.

Nick Tedesco, 46, and his son, Taylor, 17, were killed around 9:00 am when their ultra-light aircraft crashed near Zephyrhills.

Nick was a 25 year veteran with Hillsborough County Fire Rescue, hired in 1981. He was promoted to the rank of Captain in 1987, and was the Captain of the Ladder Company at the Brandon Fire Station 11 on C-Shift.

He is survived by his wife, Maureen, and their younger son.

Funeral Arrangements:

The viewing for both Captain Nick Tedesco and his son Taylor Tedesco will be held from 1800 - 2000 hrs on Wednesday evening, October 25th at:

St. Anthony's Church of Padua

A Funeral Mass will be conducted for both at 1000 hrs on Thursday morning, October 26th at:

The Abbey at St. Leo University
