Two Alarm Apartment Fire
Hillsborough County Fire Rescue units arrived on scene at 3132 Lambright St at the Park Place Apartments. First unit on scene requested a second alarm due to heavy flames and smoke from several apartments.
The fire was brought under control in 30 minutes by 10 units and 30 firefighters. Fire damage was contained to 3 units with smoke and water damage to 1 other unit. Three people were home at the time of the fire but no one was injured. The apartment management is making temporary arrangements for the displaced families. Red Cross has also been notified for assistance.
