    Welcome to the Hillsborough County Online Transaction Application. With this application, users can register for and submit HIPAA transactions for patients in the Hillsborough County Health Care system.

    Once you have registered and been approved you can download the Web Service Definition Language File used to communicate with Hillsborough County.
