Deferred Compensation
 

Employees are eligible to contribute up to $15,500, into a tax-deferred compensation plan. The County contributes an amount equivalent to 2.5% of salary into a deferred compensation account for all classified employees, including all new classified employees. Employees who elected not to participate in the Disability/Sick Leave Plan receive 1.5%.

Executive Employees Only: The County contributes an amount equivalent to 3.0% of salary into a deferred compensation account. ( 2.0% for executive employees who elected not to participate in the Disability/Sick Leave Plan ).
