Employees are eligible to contribute up to $15,000 into a tax-deferred compensation plan. The County
contributes an amount equivalent to 1% of salary into a deferred compensation account for all classified
employees, including all new classified employees.
Executive Employees Only: The County contributes an amount equivalent to 1.5% of salary into a
deferred compensation account. (.5%for executive employees who elected not to participate in the
Disability/Sick Leave Plan).
