Rating Criteria for Objectives
 

The following definitions are provided for each individual objective:

1 - Results show deficiencies which seriously interfere with the attainment of the agreed upon objective.

2 - Results show minor deficiencies which could interfere slightly with the attainment of the agreed upon objective; need for performance improvement is clearly indicated.

3 - Results show successful attainment of agreed upon objective.

4 - Results show successful achievements which contribute to County goals beyond the principal job objectives, and which exceed what is reasonably expected.

5 - Results show successful achievements of extremely high value to attainment of the County goals beyond the principal job objectives; results far exceed what is reasonably expected.
