Provide holistic, case-managed medical, social, and other services to eligible County residents to assist them in reaching their maximum potential of self-sufficiency; to improve their health by providing quality health services at reasonable cost and in a manner which contributes to the overall health of the community; and to provide effective, efficient, and quality services using grant and/or operating funds for Ryan White, Community Service Block Grants, Veteran's Assistance, Homeless, Energy and Housing Assistance, Trauma Care oversight, and Disadvantaged Transportation program. |
