About the program
|
|
Provides services to residents in the form of rental
assistance, electric services, assistance to pregnant women and for
children up to the age of one-year. Provides immunization and WAGES,
employment and training, legal assistance, big brothers/big sisters, and
case management. The goal is to bring non-working residents and women into
the work force and off of public assistance. The Hillsborough County
Indigent Health Care Plan is also administered at this site. Other
services include GED classes, SHARE program sign-up, and Vocational
