Hillsborough HealthCare Certification
The County’s HealthCare is for people who need but cannot afford basic medical services. The plan offers a wide range of health care for residents who meet income guidelines and other qualifications.

Using primary care centers at various locations in the county, licensed doctors, nurses and other health care workers provide ongoing health care and arrange for referrals to specialists and, if necessary, for hospitalization. Services include all necessary medical care and limited dental care, visual care, and mental health counseling. Eligible residents receive an insurance card to see a primary care physician and receive vision, drugs, hearing aids, dental and other specialty care services.

Call for an appointment at the Neighborhood Service Center nearest to you.
