Homeless Recovery Program and Homeless Adult Living Facility Program
Financial assistance and case management services are provided to the homeless population of Hillsborough County. Eligible participants are provided services which include non-supervised boarding homes, shelter, utilities, food, incidentals, bus passes, and referrals to employment programs. Individuals must be able and willing to develop and participate in a plan for self-sufficiency.
