In their entirety, some BOCC Meetings can last 3 or more hours, requiring 3 or more tapes/ DVD's @ $20 each. Specifying which part of the meeting you're interested in may help keep your cost down.

Dubs cost $20.00 plus tax per tape or DVD that is used. The State Department of Revenue requires collection of 7% sales tax in addition to the dub copy fee. The 7% sales tax is $1.40 per $20.

Organizations and/or customers claiming tax exempt status must provide copy of their current tax exemption certificate issued by the State. HTV will keep these copies on file and repeat tax exempt customers need only provide the copy one time.

Checks/ money orders may be made out to BOCC/ HTV. We will call to notify you when your request is ready for pickup. If you'd prefer the copy be mailed to you, please include the address you would like it sent to. Upon receipt of payment, we will mail your copy.
