Establishing an Account
An account can be established by:

  • Coming to our Customer Service Center at:

Customer Service Hours
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM


Start Service

To start service, you will need to provide us with:
  • Contact phone number
  • Email address
  • Identification
  • Social Security number

If you prefer not to provide your Social Security number, other forms of identification that will be accepted include a valid driver’s license or passport.


Se
rvice Charge & Deposit
A $25 service charge and applicable deposit will be required at the time of the request. Payment may be made by check, credit card, or debit card. In event that it is determined that the deposit requirement may be able to be waived, a credit check must be authorized.


Transfer Service

To transfer service, you will need to provide the last four digits of your Social Security number, your contact phone number, and your email address if you would like to add this information to your account.


Stop Service

To stop service, you will need to provide the last four digits of your Social Security number, a contact phone number, and a mailing address for the final bill.
