There are several different options for viewing, printing, or downloading information in this volume. The user can access the entire document as one file or access the sections of the document separately. The user can also access an Acrobat file containing information about all the programs. If the user is interested in a single program, there are links to individual program pages with links to smaller Acrobat files containing specific project information.

By visiting the links to the various capital improvement programs, you can access links to view Adobe Acrobat files containing an assortment of spreadsheets with information about the program and the projects funded in that program over a six-year period. The following information is available for each program:

• Sources and uses of funds for the entire program.
• Projects completed or substantially completed in FY99.
• A summary list showing all the projects in alphabetical order programmed in the six-year period including year-by-year funding and projected substantial completion date.
• A Project Information Sheet for each project programmed in the six-year period including a short description, a map showing the location of the project, sources of funds, and projected substantial completion date.
