Quoted interest rates include the Treasury Bills, Treasury Bonds, State/Local Bond Index, Conventional Mortgage, Federal Funds Rate, Discount Rate and many others. These interest rates are relevant to county bonding programs as well as to private consumer and business activity. These rates are generally set in national markets.
