• Florida Labor Market Statistics - The Agency for Work force Innovation produces labor statistics for Florida, and its metropolitan areas and counties. Data topics include employment and unemployment and wages by industry and occupation. The Agency also produces projections of industry and occupational employment. Many of these programs are conducted in cooperation with the US Bureau of Labor Statistics.
• Florida Department of Revenue - administers various state and local government revenues. State and county revenue data and retail sales data are available on a monthly basis.
• Florida Department of Education - compiles data of graduation/dropout rates, student skills and competency testing, and teacher salaries and degree levels.
• Florida Department of Health - compiles data on numerous public health issues including infant mortality, prenatal care, vaccination, and mortality rates.
• Florida Department of Law Enforcement - compiles the Crime in Florida Report presenting crime data by county.
• Florida Department of Juvenile Justice - compiles data by county and district on juvenile crime.
• Florida Department of Environmental Protection - DEP monitors air quality, water quality and waste management. DEP publishes the Annual Report on Solid Waste Management in Florida as well as air and water quality data.
• University of Florida, Bureau of Economic and Business Research - a research center of the College of Business. BEBR publishes Florida county and municipal population estimates, building permit data, sales data, and various data compendia for Florida. BEBR also produces the annual Florida Long-term Economic Forecast.
• Hillsborough County City - County Planning Commission - The official Land Planning Agency for all local governments in Hillsborough County. The Planning Commission produces population estimates, building permit and other demographic data.
