The executive committee should meet at least a week before the regular
meeting to decide which items should go on the agenda. To prepare an
agenda:
1. Check the minutes of the last meetings. Note any unfinished business;
2. Include committee chairmen and members who are to make reports;
3. The secretary should go over all correspondence that has been received
since the last meeting;
4. Treasurer should prepare a financial report, and;
5. Check on all new business which has come up since the last meeting.
