A native of Tennessee, Paula Harvey graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a degree in Urban Planning. She has 30 years of experience in planning for criminal justice, parks and conservation with an emphasis on land use and zoning for the past 20 years in Florida. She is an active member in Soroptimist International, Leadership Pinellas, a graduate of the Institute of Government Executive Fellows Program and was honored as Hillsborough County Manager of the Year in 1997. Paula is married and has twin daughters who both have Master's degrees from the University of Florida.
