Certificates Of Occupancy

Staff Representative: Sylvia Angeles

Certificate of Occupancy (C.O.) is required whenever a new structure is built or any time there has been a change in the use of an existing building. A C.O. is issued after all inspections have been approved and all fees have been paid (including impact fees). Please view and download the certificates here. You may also request your C.O. by calling Development Services, Certificate of Occupancy Section at 272-5600.
