Impact fees are assessed on all new construction. The amount of impact fees is determined by the amount and type of impact typically generated by the particular use of the property. Impact fees must be paid prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy, therefore, before the property is used. For more information see Impact Fee Program.
