A Mobile Home installation permit must be obtained by a licensed mobile home set-up contractor. Associated permits for Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing installation may be obtained by the homeowner. If the property owner and mobile home owner are not the same at the time the permits are applied for, you will need an authorization letter from the property owner or a sales contract between you and the property owner to obtain the permit.
