The online permitting website can handle some of your basic permitting needs, to include pulling basic permits (no plan review), obtaining inspection results, checking plan review status, and checking on the status of your permit. Anyone can use this site to research permit records, but only registered users can use this site to apply for permits.

You may now schedule your inspections, regardless of the inspection type, through our on-line permitting service. Inspection requests received by 10 p.m. will be posted on the inspection calendar for the following day or on the date specified by customer. First time users must complete the initial application and registration process by following the 4 steps listed below. ONLY current and properly licensed Contractors registered with Hillsborough County, FL will be allowed to obtain basic permits through our online system.

Inspection requests must be made by 10:00 PM for next business day.

To Cancel or Reschedule inspection requests, you must call the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) using the same numbers listed above. Same day cancellations are not possible using this system.
