Plans Examiners review construction plans to ensure the plans meet County construction and land development codes. Plans Examiners are in their respective offices from 8:00AM to 4:30 PM on all workdays. At other times voice messages may be left for the Plans Examiner. Satellite Offices are service offices in the different regions of the County outside of the Central Office in the County Center in downtown Tampa.
