Planning & Growth Management Department's planning, environmental and regulatory activities are supported by several information technology toolsets including Geographic Information Systems (GIS). We currently utilize the Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI), ArcInfo and ArcView GIS software applications to perform GIS activities such as:

1. Geographic Feature Mapping
2. Geographic Data Queries
3. Site and Spatial/Proximity Analysis
4. Public Hearing Presentations
5. Planning Studies - Map Series
6. Mail-out Notifications
7. Data-Modelling

The Parcel Information Viewer is now available and offers Zoning, Flood Zone and Future Land Use information by parcel. It can be found here.

For an updated map with Zoning Districts outlined over the 2007 Aerial Photo by township-range-section please contact the GIS Section of Planning & Growth Management Department. We can E-mail a letter size PDF to you in either layout: (1) landscape (best for computer screens); or (2) portrait (best for inclusion in a printed report).
