| As of August 28, 2008: Hillsborough County has received the final effective flood maps for Hillsborough County from FEMA. These maps include approved revisions to the flood maps from the protest and appeal period and other updates and new information that the County received during the review process. These maps became effective for regulating development and for flood insurance purposes on August 28, 2008. |
| On this page, there are two ways to view the new flood maps. The first option is an online searchable flood map which allows you to type in your address or property folio number to see your parcel on an interactive map in relation to the high-risk flood areas. The second option is a file download feature that lets you view the actual paper flood map panels in Adobe Acrobat format that you want to research.
