Staff Representative: Lee Ann Kennedy

The Development Review Committee (DRC) is a staff team permitting committee whose mission is to bring all aspects of code requirements to the County's plans review process. DRC meetings are conducted every Thursday, and are scheduled based on the submittal date of the projects. The meeting held with applicants and members of the plan review staff, gives applicants the opportunity to discuss review comments and to submit corrected plans for review.
