This is the central review point for subdivision
and construction plans for new development in the unincorporated
area, including subdivisions, site development plans,
other site development governed by the Land Development
Code. Members of the staff team attend pre-submittal
conferences and Development Review Committee meetings
as staff support. In addition, the staff publishes the
County's Concurrency Annual Report, providing current
status of the six elements of Concurrency of infrastructure
with development approvals required by the County's Comprehensive
Plan.
