Hillsborough County requires subdivisions and site developments to undergo a review process to be sure County Land Development Code standards are met. This includes applications for Preliminary Plats, Certified Parcels, Platted Subdivisions, and Commercial development. These services are provided through subdivision plat, permit processing and subdivision counseling services. This service area is responsible for subdivision processing and review, and for scheduling pre-submittal conferences and Development Review Committee meetings.
