Impact fee offset (sometimes referred to as credit) accounts are created
to recognize the value of land or improvements that are dedicated to
Hillsborough County. These dedications provide needed infrastructure
that benefits Hillsborough County in a regional manner. The accounts
are tracked in dollar increments and can be used to satisfy like
impact fees (eg. transportation and row offsets can be used to satisfy
transportation and row impact fees).
